All Bespoke Artisan products are made-to-order and crafted specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Please review our shipping information below before making a purchase.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Bespoke Artisan offers free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

WHERE WE SHIP

We proudly ship to customers worldwide. However, shipping availability may be limited or restricted in certain countries, territories, or regions due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, sanctions, or local laws.

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide available alternatives where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

All orders require a production and handling period before shipment.

• Handling / Production Time: 4 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at contact@bespokeartisan.shop.

After production is completed and your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

4–9 business days

United Kingdom:
4–9 business days

European Union:
4–9 business days

Australia:
4–9 business days

Canada:
4–10 business days

Other International Destinations:
4–12 business days

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout as soon as your order has been dispatched.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers may use the tracking number provided to monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier's website.

COURIER SELECTION & SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS

At Bespoke Artisan, we carefully select the shipping carrier that we believe will provide the most reliable, secure, and efficient service for your destination country.

Based on our experience shipping worldwide, we choose the courier partner that offers the best balance of delivery speed, tracking reliability, customs handling, and overall service quality.

Depending on the destination, orders may be shipped using DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, postal services, or other trusted logistics partners.

If you prefer your order to be shipped through a specific courier service, please contact us before your order is dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

Please note that special courier requests may result in additional shipping charges, which will be communicated and approved before shipment.

For customers who prefer delivery through postal services, we are often able to arrange this upon request. Please contact our support team before shipment so that we can discuss the available options for your location.

Certain countries, regions, or remote delivery locations may have limited courier availability. In such cases, we may recommend an alternative shipping method or advise that delivery may require additional transit time based on our previous shipping experience to that destination.

Our goal is always to provide the safest, most reliable, and most efficient shipping solution available for each order.

PO BOX, APO & FPO ADDRESSES

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a complete residential or commercial delivery address when placing your order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Bespoke Artisan has no control over customs fees and cannot predict the amount that may be charged by local authorities.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to:

• Customs inspections or clearance procedures

• Weather conditions

• Transportation disruptions

• Carrier delays

• Public holidays

• High-volume shipping periods

• Limited courier availability in certain destinations

Bespoke Artisan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@bespokeartisan.shop.

Address changes can only be made before an order has been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and coordinating with the shipping carrier when necessary.

The shipping carrier may attempt delivery more than once or may offer services such as delivery to a secure location, collection point, parcel locker, or leaving the package at a safe location where permitted by local regulations and carrier policies.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to cooperate with the carrier, Bespoke Artisan cannot guarantee replacement, reshipment, or refund of the order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur.

Bespoke Artisan is not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bespokeartisan.shop.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter whenever possible.
